Returns
Should you change your mind about your purchase then you are entitled to a return the goods. Please notify us within 15 days and arrange to return the goods to us. The cost of return is your responsibility.
On receipt of you goods we will issue a refund of the purchase price only within 5 days.
Refunds
Should your order arrive damaged then contact us within 24 hours of delivery where we will ensure that you are offered a refund or replacement.
Please remember that all items are hand made and hand finished so will regularly have differences to the items pictured. Please consider this before making a purchase.
